What To Have On A Content Site To Improve Quality

Having bucket load of content is good for driving traffic to your blog or content sites. But how to make your content stand out in millions of other so that your visitor cant help but read your content is equally important. Fortunately making your content stand out for batter user reading experience is not a rocket science

Writing Attractive and Meaningful title: Your Article title works as 1st impression on your potential reader. Because Search Engines tend to include topic and article titles in search result. Your post title can make big difference in having your article noticed or overlooked.Read more About Article title

Font: Lots of new bloggers are tempted to use non standard fonts to make their blog look different. Of course their blog look different. But on price of users reading experience, your readers could be having a hard time reading it and move on to something else. So stick with a standard font such as Arial, Verdana or Times New Roman, and save the fancy fonts for something else.

Color schemes: Like Fonts color scheme can make lots of difference. Reader love complimenting color scheme. Make sure your color scheme is easily readable, and its not giving your reader a hard time reading your contents. Red font on a black background is hard to read. So is light grey on white. So make sure what you are using is easy for people to read.

Cross platform checking: this is something many blogger forget to do ( I use to be one of them) – checking your blogs appearance variouse browsers is a good idea. Every browser handles different html codes and tags differently. What looks fantastic in Firefox could look wired in IE, So make sure it is formatting correctly in all browsers and platforms, not just the one you happen to use.

Paragraphs: Writing paragraphs are is the most basic structure in any writing While most bloggers use them, there are still number of new blogger who forget the basic writing principles.

Bolding/Emphasising: You can bold the first few lines of an important paragraph, or even a phrase within a paragraph to give it more emphasis. Just be careful not to overdo it, it can actually make your entire article less-scan-friendly.
